SUMMER CAMPS
ACADEMY OF THE COMPANY THEATRE SUMMER WORKSHOP
At the A.C.T. Summer Workshop, students choose their own schedule from over seventy classes in the performing and visual arts. A diverse selection of classes are offered, including acting, singing, media arts, painting, photography, dance, technical theatre, playwriting, stage combat, and culinary arts. Programs are tailored to students based on age and ability, with multiple levels being offered throughout the day. Students will make new friends as they become a part of the vibrant community of an award-winning working theatre.
The A.C.T. Summer Workshop culminates in our Arts Festival. Families and friends are invited to watch performances from our classes, view artwork, participate in improv and theatre game demonstrations.
DERBY ACADEMY SUMMER ARTS
Summer Arts offers engaging courses in visual and performing arts, sports, STEAM, media, writing, and more for ages 4-15. There's something for everyone! Summer Arts is celebrating more than three decades of creativity, community, and fun on the South Shore in the summertime.
CAMP THAYER
Camp Thayer is a place where children can spend part of the summer exercising their bodies and minds, while they learn new skills, make new friends, and have lots of fun. Each week offers a variety of sports and specialty camps, including baseball, basketball, lacrosse, and theater!
ARTSCAMP AT LAURA'S CENTER FOR THE ARTS
ArtsCamp offers kids from Kindergarten to Grade 9 the chance to explore their talents. Led by specialized artist educators, kids have a chance to experience both traditional camp activities and specialty art specialty classes.
